We explained to this tutor time and time again how this website operstes before she regitered as a tutor. We never solicit anyone to register at our website. Once tutors register, they receive tutoring requests from students and parents. As a complementary service, we allow tutors to contact students who either did not find a tutor or decided to post their requests on our website. Apparently, when this tutor contacted a few of the students, they had already found their tutors. She did not allow enought time for students and parents to contact her directly and insisted that our wbsite does not work. She did not understand how our services work despite our numerous attempts to explain this to her in verbal and written communications. She might have called her bank, but as far s we know, no refund was issued.
