I wanted to drop you a line to tell you how much I appreciated Rafael and the guys from Us-1 Van Lines with my move on Sunday. They were wonderful. I am going through a difficult time and the move could have been ugly and highly emotional, but Rafael was sensitive and kind above and beyond anything I could have expected. They were so helpful and so efficient. I can’t thank them enough. My commendations to your company for making this move so much easier than it might have been.
