It is very hard to cancel your internet service with Netzero who is owned by this company. They do cancel your paid account but then give you a free email account and internet account using your old cancelled ID and email address and insist that you use the free account as long as you want, but when you ask them to completely cancel all services along with the free services, they will not cancel the free service at all. they tell you not to use the service for 60 days and that the service will cancel then, but that is a complete lie. so it is very hard to get netzero to cancel there free service after you cancel your paid service. DO NOT EVER SIGN UP FOR NETZERO INTERNET SERVICE. DO NOT EVER SIGN UP FOR NETZERO INTERNET SERVICE OR YOU WILL NEVER EVER GET AWAY FROM THERE SERVICE.
