Terrible, Terrible, Terrible
I called this company and was smooth talked and charged 7.95 on my credit card. They didn't tell me they were charging me and the price that was suppose to be the "monthly deal" wasn't even the charge on my account. When I called an let them know of this un-authorized charge, they stated it was my fault, because it was past my billing cycle when I cancelled the account. I let them know, that I had cancelled our so-called account, the same day, same phone call when I was signing up for something totally different than what was charged on my account. They did finally after a week put the money back onto my account! It must of been my accent that got this company confused (ENGLISH)!!
