I would like to be fair with them and give 3.5 starts for their moving services.
I was looking for a fully insured moving company to move an expensive piano of my grandfather, and they were the only one i found in Las Vegas that were insured for up to a million dollar, which sounds an excellent package.
They handled the piano in a very professional way but did drop some of my newly brought bedroom furniture. The communication of their staff was great throughout the time I was waiting for my claim to be paid. They moved my piano in November but it took 5 months to finally get the money of my insurance claim.
I really appreciate the professionalism they showed while moving my worthless piano. But it was a busy late night move and finally came in the clutch. I would recommend them if you need insured moving services for your expensive household, 5 months didn’t hurt me when ultimately I got the payment of my damaged bedroom furniture.
