One of the car wash employees was wearing a zipper sweat jacket while leaning on the hood of my car while drying and the zipper left signifigant scratches on the hood. I bought it to the attention of the manager/owner and they ran inside and had the employee change jackets and deny any liability. The owner/attendent took no accountability for the damage and further threatend me.
I would not recommend doing business with this company as they do not take responsiblity for their mistakes and treat customers disparagingly.
