I highly recommend this excellent, well run company. Our association reserves were at practically zero, and they turned our finances around quickly. They are professional, responsive and handle our association issues efficiently.
This company cares, which is something that large management companies seem to have stopped doing. For the first time in more than ten years, the delinquencies are being collected, the membership is now paying, and our reserves are finally growing.
Real people answer the phones at their office almost all of the time. And, we do not get monthly financial reports...we get them daily in email. What more could a board ask for?
