Do not do business with this company! I brought my JVC car CD player to them to get fixed because it stopped working and they told me they would not fix it (even though it was under warranty and I had all necessary paper work and receipts). On top of that, they wanted me to pay a $75 dollar "diagnostic fee" (which was almost as much as the unit cost from Circuit City) to pick it up in order to send it directly to JVC head courters in Georgia.
This is an authorized JVC service center that refuses to repair a JVC product well under warranty, and then makes you pay to get your unfixed product back so you can send it to the actual company.
