To make it short, I am EXTREMELY disapointed with their customer service. I took my 2008 Mustang GT on January 2011 to have the alarm checked by one of their technicians and I did not get past the service write since the service writer kept denying any problems with my alarm, even though, the alarm would not trip when the trunk was opened and the alarm was active. It clearly states on the Ford Owner Manual that the alarm monitors, door, trunk, and hood. I tried to explain that to the service writer but I was turned down. He "asked" a technician and according to him, the technician agreed with him to there was no need for me to leave my car and have it looked at. This is the second time that I have had bad service. The first time was when I took it in for an oil change and they said that tires were good, wiper blades were like "new". My brother, a technician at another dealer took a look at it and it turns out that the tires were not filled properly and wiper blades were craked. This is the last time I make business with Vista Ford of Oxnard.
