I had a great experience dealing with Dash Z Racing. They have the great prices on their products, it is delivered in a prompt manner, the live customer service is excellent, and the customer is number one for Dash Z Racing.
I received a faulty set of headlights (manufacturers' defect) that I ordered from Dash Z Racing. At no fault of theirs or mine, I needed a prompt exchange. After I emailed Dash Z, I received an email back to inform me of my exchange request. They informed me that a new set will be sent out the next day along with a return label for the faulty set. It was quick, hassle free, and at no additional cost to me. They not only met my needs, but the exceeded them.
I am looking forward to doing future business with Dash Z Racing. They have a commitment to great customer service, competitive prices, they stand behind their products, and strong integrity.
