I am totally dissatisfied with the company. Their Infrared Body Wraps don't work what so ever and are a complete waste of money. They advertise to shed thousands of calories and loose inches, none of which happened, in fact we did not even break a sweat. In addition, they are so against customer satisfaction, they would not let us give away our Buy one Get one Free sessions, nor give us a refund. I will never use their services again, and friends of mine who did use their services and referred us, are now not that thrilled about the way the salon handled us. A chargeback and BBB complaint have been filed against the salon regarding this matter. Thanks for nothing..
