Webcams.com stole money from me. I recently had my identity stolen and had charges for many different websites. Every other website refunded my money in whole while this website told me the only way I could get my money back in full was if I sent them an email from the email address that had originally used. Well I had deleted that because the person who had stolen my id had also had access to my email account. When I tried to explain and send them an email with any information they needed from my new email account they straight up refused to refund me any money. Oh, and the people on the customer service line are real pieces of work too. They are very inconsiderate and rude and I feel as if I am talking to gang members when I speak with them. When asked to speak with someone else seeing as how they are incapable of doing anything BUT listen to you, I was told he was on a yacht in the Mediteranean and did not have time to speak with me. Yeah, I'm sure he has a yacht all right... He probably bought it with all the money he earned the dishonest way. I do not think anybody should give this website any money because trust me, you will definetly regret it. Guess what? I paid for a service I didn't even recieve and I'm sure there have been millions others just like me. Actually if I could I would rate them negative stars.
