I have been a customer for over two years and have always found William and staff to be professional and always provide excellent service. The merchandise is high quality as well. If you are looking for a special item, they will sit down with you and help you make a custom design at no extra charge and will make it to your specifications and not charge outrageous prices. Although they have moved to a new location, William is always available and will even make house calls! They are a true customer friendly business. I wish they were still at the Westfield Mall though, but worth the drive to get fair prices and unique merchandise.
