I had a very bad experience with Steve and Rick. As soon as I found out what they were all about I wanted my money back. Then I could not get in contact with Steve. I was not satisfied with the service they provided. Talked to Mike he said Steve and Rick were no longer with the company and he would take care of the problem. But that would cost me another $500.00/ month. He was just as bad as the first two. I requested to talk to Adam Krolikowski several times he was always busy or I was told he would call me back. That never happened. I did get an interesting call from Steve. I guess they have resorted to doing cold calls to find customers. He acted like they did some great service for me and wanted to help again. (if they did the job I would have had a loan modification already) The Bank declined the package they faxed in with 30 days and I had to start all over. It took Steve a few minutes to figure out I was not satisfied and the only thing they could do to make me a satisfied customer would be to return the $2500.00 that they were paid to do a loan modification. Maybe the California State Bar and the State Bar of California Real Estate will hear about the service they provide. I requested to talk with Adam again when Steve called, still waiting for that call.
