We just came back from a great vacation booked by Del Rey. Ryan the travel agent was very helpful and Amanda returned our calls right away. Our friends showed us this site and we were shocked at all the negative stuff. Based on our experience, it's hard to believe what others write as we have had nothing but a great vacation for half the price. We also enjoyed the entire sales process and presentation. In this case, I guess it's always best to make one's own judgment, but we'd recommend them to everyone.
