Major Problems at Marion Bergenson YMCA Camp

I reported problems to Michelle at the program, and she attacked me and sent me a withdrawal form. Problems include the male caregiver for the autistic boy spending a lot of time texting on his personal cell phone, no name tags to enable parents and students to report employee issues, a staff that is not diverse and includes no Caucasians that I've seen, an entire staff that cannot answer simple yes/no questions or engage in linear thinking, treatment of Persian students differently than other students, and an attitude that parents should serve the "feelings" of the staff with no expectation of the same in return. The lack of professionalism is astonishing, or is it? The staff are snowflakes.
