I was referred by my husband who's been a patient of Yagasaki Dental for 3 years. He mentioned to me a lot of good things about this office that's why he transferred our two kids as well. They had finished a lot of treatments and never had problem with those treatments or finances . Because of my busy schedule , I was always so negligent in visiting the dentist -- until my tooth broke. I called the Yagasaki office and they were very nice to accommodate me the next day. I came in 10 minutes early on the day of my appointment since I had forgotten to fill out my new patient forms prior to coming in. As I sat at the waiting room, 2 patients came in and was greeted nicely by the receptionist. Before these 2 patients even had the chance to sit, the dental assistant already called them in. At that moment, I said to myself, "Wow! They don't even have to wait." I felt a bit ashamed of myself because my appointment was supposed to be at 2:00 pm and I had not finished my forms yet. As I was completing my forms, 2 more patients arrived and, just like the patients before them, were also called within a minute . Soon after, I finished filling out my forms and when I handed them to the receptionist, sure enough, my name was called and I was greeted with a smile.
Dr. Yagasaki told me that I needed a root canal and crown that day, so the treatment person explained to me my insurance benefits. She told me that I would be given a certain treatment this year and the rest to be continued next year. She said this to spare me from paying an unnecessarily large sum of money all in one go which can be prevented if I wait until January 2012 when I acquire new benefits.
Before leaving the dental office, I asked for the office manager to let them know that I was so amazed with their timeliness. She told me that their goal is to be on time with all of their patients. I told my husband that I am so impressed not only because of the cleanliness and state of the art office, but also because of the impeccable time management they show to their patients.
